Telomere-supporting longevity peptide.
Epithalon (also spelled Epitalon) is a tetrapeptide originally synthesized to mimic the pineal-gland peptide epithalamin. It is the longevity community's go-to for telomere and circadian-rhythm research.
Believed to stimulate telomerase activity, supporting telomere length and helping normalize melatonin and sleep-wake cycles.
Typical research protocol: 5–10 mg nightly for 10–20 days, cycled every few months.
